TamCut is developed and built by Muototerä, a Finnish waterjet company with decades of real waterjet cutting experience. We do not only design machines. We use waterjet technology in our own production, build industrial waterjet cutting systems, service and maintain them and support customers in demanding cutting applications.
That makes TamCut different from many compact cutting machines. It is not a hobby cutter or a software-first machine concept. It is industrial waterjet know-how in a compact form.

A Finnish machine-building company since 1953
Muototerä is a Finnish technology and machine-building company founded in 1953. Our background is in industrial cutting, tooling, machinery and waterjet technology.
We have worked with waterjet cutting since 1987. Over the years, we have built, used, serviced and developed waterjet systems for industrial customers in Finland and Europe.
Today, Muototerä combines machine-building expertise, contract cutting production, waterjet service and industrial automation know-how. TamCut is part of this long waterjet tradition.
